M7MD Mail Terms of Use

Acceptable use

Do not use M7MD Mail for spam, unsolicited bulk email, impersonation, fraud, harassment, malware, illegal activity or attempts to damage the reputation of M7.MD and its mail infrastructure.

Account security

You are responsible for your M7MD ID password and recovery email. M7MD stores only a secure password hash for your ID. A verified external recovery email is required for password recovery.

Limits

Each mailbox receives the quota configured by the administrator; the current default is 1 GB. The administrator may suspend login, incoming mail or outgoing mail to protect the service from abuse. One mailbox per verified recovery email is the default policy.

Termination

Accounts may be suspended or deleted for abuse, false identity claims, excessive resource consumption or violation of these terms. Deleted mailbox data may not be recoverable.

Privacy

M7MD stores the mailbox identifier, encrypted recovery email, account status, verification timestamps and security audit events. M7MD ID passwords are stored only as one-way password hashes. Plaintext mailbox passwords are not stored by the M7MD application.
